Who We Are
Our Mission Statement: To assist local women & their families obtain housing.
We Coalition formed in 2020 during the pandemic to assist local women find housing & other support resources and has assisted in over 215 cases.
Our Team
Our team is made up of Board of Directors Wini Roche, President, Delane Lewis, Secretary
Members at large Jolynn Webster. and Yolanda Garraway. A network of volunteers continue to fuel the project in a variety of way from
outreach missions, special events and volunteering in The Shoppe. Together, we are committed to making a difference in our community to provide a hand-up to local women in need.
Our Impact
To date, the project has assisted more than 220 women & their families. The We Coalition has been a catalyst for the revitalization of downtown Aberdeen with key property development of affordable housing and the opening of the of The Shoppe continues to beautify and attract visitors to Aberdeen.
